This feature eliminates the need for multiple logins and redundant navigation. It is dependent on the use of a central single email address for any single user.
- Each user can potentially have access to multiple accounts.
- Within each account, their Role may be different.
- For example, a user may be an affiliate Partner in one account while also being a merchant Advertiser in another account.
- Different Roles in each account means a different set of Rights.
We’ve created the Account Switcher so these users can quickly transition between their different accounts.
To access and use the Account Switcher:
- Point at the User Menu at the top right.
- You will see a menu appear below.
- Hover over ‘Switch Accounts’ to see your other user login options.
- Then click on your preferred login and it will autolog you into that account.
Keep in mind that if you’re logged in and not seeing some of the features that you’re expecting to access in your session, you might just need to use the Account Switcher to get to the Role/Account you were expecting to work with for the job at hand.
