How Do I Assign a Role to a User?
Give each user the rights to only what they need - for their protection as well as your company's
We’ll go through an overview of how to assign Roles to Users. Be aware:
- Users are accessed and managed in My Account.
- Roles are accessed and managed in Settings.
Assigning Roles to Users
- In the left panel select My Account, then click Users & choose from 3 options:
- Client Users
- Advertiser Users
- Partner Users
- You should now see a listing of Users.
- Scroll to find the User you want to assign;
- Or create a new User:
- Click the ‘New User +’ button at top right;
- A Form opens in the right pane;
- Fill out the fields;
- Tick radio buttons for each Role you want to assign to this User;
- Click Save.
- Remember that you can only assign Roles to Users of the same type, i.e.,
- Client Roles can only be assigned to Client Users.
- Advertiser Roles can only be assigned to Advertiser Users.
- Partner Roles can only be assigned to Partner Users.
