# Email Template Tokens

To customize you're email templates, use the following tokens as place holders within your text.

### Application Submitted Email Template:

- **\[=Affiliate.FirstName=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.LastName=\]**
- **\[=EmailConfirmation.Link=\]                                                                                               ** When this token is added to this template, LinkTrust will add a URL to the "Affiliate Submitted Email" template for the affiliate to click on to verify their email address.

- **\[=Affiliate.AltID=\]** - This is a data point stored in the affiliate's details
- **\[=Affiliate.AdditionalData1=\]**  - This is a data point stored in the affiliate's details
- **\[=Affiliate.AdditionalData2=\]** - This is a data point stored in the affiliate's details

### Application Approved Email Template:

- **\[=Affiliate.Id=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.FirstName=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.LastName=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.GroupName=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.GroupId=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.CompanyName=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.AltID=\]** - This is a data point stored in the affiliate's details.
- **\[=Affiliate.AdditionalData1=\] ** - This is a data point stored in the affiliate's details.
- **\[=Affiliate.AdditionalData2=\]** - This is a data point stored in the affiliate's details.
- **\[=AffiliateManager.FirstName=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.LastName=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.Email=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.Phone=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.IM=\]**
- **\[=AutoLogin=\]** - Logs the Affiliate into the Affiliate Center automatically and displays the Welcome page.  This link is active for 24 hours from the time the link was generated.
- **\[=TaxDoc=\]** - This creates a link which allows an affiliate to submit their W8/W9 tax document electronically.

### Application Denied Email Template: 

- **\[=Affiliate.FirstName=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.LastName=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.AltID=\]** - This is a data point stored in the affiliate's details.
- **\[=Affiliate.AdditionalData1=\] ** - This is a data point stored in the affiliate's details.
- **\[=Affiliate.AdditionalData2=\]** - This is a data point stored in the affiliate's details.

### Campaign Request Approved Email Template:

- **\[=Affiliate.Id=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.FirstName=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.LastName=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.GroupName=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.GroupId=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.CompanyName=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.FirstName=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.LastName=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.Email=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.Phone=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.IM=\]**
- **\[=AutoLogin=\]** - Logs the Affiliate into the Affiliate Center automatically and displays the Welcome page.  This link is active for 24 hours from the time the link was generated.
- **\[=AutoLogintoCreatives=\]** - Logs the Affiliate into the Affiliate Center automatically and displays the creatives for a campaign.  This link is active for 24 hours from the time the link was generated.
- **\[=ManualLogintoCreatives=\]** - Takes the Affiliate to a login screen which then displays the creatives for a campaign.
- **\[=OfferName=\]**
- **\[=CID=\]**
- **\[=OfferPayout=\]**
- **\[=OfferPayoutNoCurrencySymbol=\]** - This token will return the offer payout, assigned to the affiliate, without the ‘$’ currency symbol.
- **\[=OfferDescription=\]**
- **\[=TrackingURL=\]**
- **\[=OfferTerms=\]**
- **\[=OfferEndDate=\]**
- **\[=OfferType=\]**
- **\[=OfferLogo=\]**
- **\[=OfferSpecialInstructions=\]**

- **\[=OfferSubjectLines=\] **

### Campaign Request Denied Email Template:

- **\[=AffiliateManager.Phone=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.IM=\]**
- **\[=AutoLogin=\]** - Logs the Affiliate into the Affiliate Center automatically and displays the Welcome page.  This link is active for 24 hours from the time the link was generated.
- **\[=PayoneerInviteLink=\]** - This token creates a unique link for the affiliate to begin the payoneer setup process.  The link generated is unique to the affiliate and cannot be used for other affiliates.  The email with the following link is only sent to the affiliate once when the affiliate has selected Payoneer as they payment type and the affiliate's application has been approved by an affiliate manager within LinkTrust.  

### Campaign Cap Email:

- **\[=OfferName=\]**
- **\[=CID=\]** - Campaign ID
- **\[=OfferDescription=\]**
- **\[=OfferLogo=\]**
- **\[=CapCount=\]** - The numerical cap at which traffic will redirect.
- **\[=CapThresholdPercent=\]** - The % of the cap that triggered the email.
- **\[=CapType=\]** - The Type of cap: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Total.

### Affiliate Cap Email:

- **\[=Affiliate.Id=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.FirstName=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.LastName=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.GroupName=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.GroupId=\]**
- **\[=Affiliate.CompanyName=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.FirstName=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.LastName=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.Email=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.Phone=\]**
- **\[=AffiliateManager.IM=\]**
