The Fraud Score Details page allows you to determine any possible fraud or account discrepancies based on the matching of account details.
Affiliate Fraud Score
Fraud check allows you to determine a potential fraudulent affiliate using the LinkTrust Affiliate Fraud Scoring System. When a new affiliate signs up, the affiliate is entered into the LinkTrust system and assigned three separate non-mystical clear cut numbers. The numbers are used to determine if the new affiliate falls into one of the following categories:
- Duplicates – The system checks all existing affiliate accounts in your Partner Center and provides the number of matches found.
- Suspended – The system checks all the suspended affiliates across the entire LinkTrust system and provides the number of matches found.
- Denied – The system checks all the denied affiliates across the entire LinkTrust system and provides the number of the matches found.
Rescore Button
Because the affiliate fraud score is a snapshot in time, you can get a current affiliate fraud score using the Rescore button. The following criteria are used when calculating the new affiliate fraud score:
- IP address
- Company Name
- Tax ID
- Address line 1
- Phone
Duplicates within your Network
In Duplicates within your Network, the table shows matches made between the account you are viewing and all the affiliate applications received. The red check marks highlight where the duplication of information has occurred. The following is a list of account information used to match the accounts:
- AFID
- Company
- IP Address
- Name
- Tax ID
- Address 1
- Phone
You can also select the Affiliate Details icon in the left column and go straight to the Affiliate Details for that affiliate to view the duplicate information.
Suspended or Denied across LinkTrust
In Suspended or Denied across LinkTrust, the table shows any matches between the affiliate account you are viewing and the suspended and denied affiliate accounts across all LinkTrust platforms. The red check marks highlight where the duplication of information has occurred. The following is a list of account information used to match the accounts and the LinkTrust network where the accounts reside:
- AFID
- Company
- IP Address
- Name
- Tax ID
- Address 1
- Phone
