To add or assign a campaign to an affiliate:
- Open the affiliate's account details
- Click on 'Campaigns' and go to the 'Add' tab
- Do either of the following:
To assign a single campaign
- Ensure the payout for this affiliate is displayed in the last column
- Click the Add icon next to the campaign you want to assign
To assign multiple campaign at once
- Ensure the payout for these affiliates is displayed in the last column
- Select the campaigns you want to assign by clicking on the checkboxes
- Click the 'Add Selected' button
To automatically assign a campaign when an affiliate application is approved:
- Open the campaign's settings
- Click on 'Settings' in the 'Publish' section
- Check the 'Auto Assign when affiliate application is approved' checkbox
- Click the 'Update' button
To assign a campaign request by an affiliate from within the Affiliate Center:
- Hover over 'Affiliates'
- Click on 'Campaign Requests'
- Do either of the following:
To approve a single campaign request
- Click the Approve icon next to the request you want to approve. The campaign will be assigned to the affiliate.
To approve multiple requests at once
- Select the requests you want to approve by clicking on the checkboxes
- Click the 'Approve' button above the table
To automatically approve a campaign request:
- Open the campaign's settings
- Click on 'Settings' in the 'Publish' section
- Check the 'Auto Assign when requested within Affiliate Center' checkbox
- Click the 'Update' button
