Manage, View and print tax documents within the affiliate’s account details.
Never fax or file another affiliate W8/W9 again! Affiliates can now digitally sign their W-8/W-9 tax documents via an email link or the Affiliate Center.
- To complete and digitally sign a tax document from within the Affiliate Center, click on My Account, then on the “Manage Tax Document” link.
- To view, edit and print an affiliate’s tax document from within the Partner Center, open an affiliate’s details, select “Payment Details” and click the “Manage Tax Document” link.
- A new token named [=TaxDoc=] is available when you send emails to affiliates. You can use this token to email your affiliates a link that allows them to complete and digitally sign their tax document. We recommend using this token within the “Approved Application” email template and also in the “Send Messages” email body.
- We recommend adding the following text to your “Application Approved” email template. Be sure that you use the [=TaxDoc=] token as the URL for “Click here”.

In order to receive commission payments, you are required to have a W-9 or W-8 on file with us. Commission payments will be sent to the address we have on file. Click here to complete your appropriate tax form.
- We recommend sending an email message to all of your affiliates from within LinkTrust that encourages them to complete and digitally sign their tax documents. Be sure that you use the [=TaxDoc=] token as the URL for “Click here”.

We can now digitally store your tax documents. These documents are required in order to receive commission payments. Click here to complete your appropriate tax form digitally.
- The token [=TaxDoc=] is available within the Affiliate Center template. You can use this token to allow affiliates to complete and digitally sign their tax document from within the Affiliate Center Header, Menu, Home Page or Footer. If you are using the newest LinkTrust template, we recommend using this token in place of the URL already configured for the text “Tax Doc”.
