The Email Settings page lets you configure support emails, mail servers, and affiliate email templates.
Support Email Settings
Support email settings are used when affiliates submit an application or receive generic system emails prior to an affiliate manager being assigned.
From
From (Support Name) is the name of the sender as it appears in the email messages sent to affiliates from your LinkTrust account. From (Support Name) is used as the default reply name for emails sent to an affiliate when they submit an application and are accepted or rejected to your network.
Reply Email Address
The reply email address is the email address of the sender as it appears in an email message sent to affiliates from your LinkTrust account. The reply email address is the default reply email address sent to an affiliate when they submit an application and are accepted or rejected to your network.
Mail Server Settings
The Mail Server Settings section allows you to choose between using the LinkTrust email server or your own email server to send email to your affiliates.
If you select Use my own email server, the following information is asked for:
- SMTP Host Name
- SMTP Port
- UserName (optional)
- Password (optional)
- Enable SSL/TLS
Affiliate Email Templates
The following are email templates for emails sent to your affiliates from LinkTrust. To view and modify each template, select the blue plus sign to expand each section. The following table describes each template:
Application Submitted - This email template is used to let an affiliate know that their application was received.
Application Approved- This email template is used to let an affiliate know that their application was approved and provides their account login information.
Application Denied - This email template is used to let an affiliate know that their application was denied.
Campaign Request Approved - This email template is used to let an affiliate know that their campaign request was approved.
Campaign Request Denied - This email template is used to let an affiliate know that their campaign request was denied.
Send Creatives - This email template outlines all an affiliate needs to begin advertising the campaign.
Payoneer Invitation - This email template provides information on how to setup a Payoneer account.
Campaign Cap Email - The campaign cap email lets you know when a campaign is about to reach the designated traffic cap.
Affiliate Cap Email - The affiliate cap email lets you know when an affiliate is about to reach the designated traffic cap.
