Current Groups

In the Current Groups section, you can re-assign an entire group of affiliates to a new group. If you re-assign a custom group, the custom group name is removed from the My Current Groups list and deleted from the system. If you re-assign a system-generated group, the group is removed from the My Current Groups list, but it is not deleted from the system. You can use the system-generated group again by adding it back into the My Current Groups in the Add Groups section.

To re-assign the affiliates from the current group to a new group, do the following:

1. From the My Current Groups drop-down field, select the group you want to re-assign.
2. From the Re-Assign All Affiliates of the Current Group To drop-down field, select the new group you want the affiliates to go to.
3. Select Re-Assign.

Add Groups

The Add Groups section allows you to add custom and system-generated affiliate groups.

To create a new custom group, do the following:

1. Select New.
2. In the field, enter the name of the new group.
3. Select Add.

To add a system-generated group, do the following:

1. Select Existing.
2. In the drop-down field, select the system-generated group.
3. Select Add.

LinkTrust contains a list of default Affiliate Groups.
